We bring everything to you. We are here to listen, treat, guide, and provide care for you. Your Doctor of PT will perform a comprehensive assessment of your pain or problem, using diagnostic tests, and initiate a treatment plan within your first visit. Direct care and treatments can include Manual Therapy, Vibration and Percussion Techniques (such as Theragun, Rapid Release, Hypervolt, Microcurrent), Therapeutic Exercises, Neuro-muscular Re-Education, Wheelchair Training and Fitting, Equipment and Caregiver Training, Home Assessment and Equipment Recommendations, Coordination/Balance Testing, and many other procedures. When end of life care or hospice needs are already on-board, we are also there to train family and caregivers in pain-management, lung-clearing, positioning techniques, and we are known for treating multi-generational family members from Diagnosis thru End of Life. We treat you like family.
We use many tools that you will not likely find in a typical outpatient clinic. This is one of the reasons our patients report the fastest pain relief, muscle lengthening, and circulatory benefits from the addition of specialized techniques to our treatment sessions. Your Evaluation will include testing to see if you benefit from these treatment techniques, and many patients avoid surgery completely from our treatment protocols. Our protocols were developed with healing in mind, and our patients report these treatments to be more effective than typical therapy, including dry-needling, e-stim, taping, or ultrasound, so do not be surprised when we avoid those less-effective treatment techniques all together.
Provided by your Doctor of PT, you will receive regular Manual Therapy, a personalized home program with photos and videos made during your treatment, and can purchase any tools directly that you need for your treatment that will be delivered to you. Regular treatment can help preserve and enhance joint motion, reduce body aches and muscle pain, enhance healing, and help you feel free of movement restrictions. All of our treatments are individual therapy sessions, so you can feel comfortable asking questions, reporting changes, and learning about your diagnosis at your own pace. Our goal is for you to be able to manage your body independently when you graduate, and call us again.
We don't just treat, we educate. Sometimes even other doctors don't know what life at home really looks like. Some providers do not have time to get to know you or your disease. We are the bridge between providers and patients/caretakers. We also provide this service to companies looking to mitigate their liability and their staff's injury risk. Insufficient training or setup is typically the reason patients get hurt with or without caregiver assistance. We provide the perfect solution for your safety; walkers, hoyer, lift, stander, injury prevention, transfer training, suspension equipment, wheelchair fitting and assessment, or we will be happy to find the right professional or equipment for you.
For patients who are unsure of the process, we can help you find resources for Home Health, Outpatient Services, Caregivers, Equipment, Support Groups, or placement services. We are firm advocates for a job well-done.
Insurance may not view your rehab as a priority if you are a candidate for Hospice or Palliative care. Many diagnosis are not understood to be much more than an end-of-life sentence. Medicine is amazing, but preserving the ability to move and socialize is the true fountain of youth, no matter the diagnosis. The worst end we could imagine might be stuck in a hospital bed, but that does not have to be the case. Hundreds of times, we have successfully graduated patients back into a functional life from a bedridden state when medicine said that our patients were terminal within 6 months. Hope alone is not enough. Action is required. We believe in the healing power of honesty, proper planning, and a call to action. We have demonstrated that hard work is rewarded in almost all cases of neurodegenerative disease, or even for someone who has just returned home from the hospital. Our patients commonly say, "we wish we had found you years ago".
Meet our Owner and Founder. Our fearless leader, and the brains behind this heartfelt operation began her impressive career with a Doctorate Degree from Northern Arizona University at age 25 in 2012. Eager to change the poor quality of care found in rural cities, she started working with challenging Neurologic and Pediatric cases in her hometown. Her patients would travel up to 40 miles thru Southern Arizona seeking higher-quality care. She found her patient relationships and her work to be incredibly rewarding. However, as much as she sought to elevate the quality of healthcare, she came to realize that insurance-based care is just another Big Business that never cared about her patient's real treatment needs. Adventuring across the country to find better, she travelled as a Physical Therapist from Hawaii to Washington DC; exploring top-level hospitals, working and training staff in a Veterans' facility, teaching people to walk and live again in acute rehab hospitals, schools, and home-healthcare. She was searching for the differences that could make someone's healthcare experiences more personal and more meaningful.
Upon her return to Arizona years later, she was pleased to find that her search successfully identified a major gap in healthcare. A gap she could impact directly with her patient-specific care style, that mandated more time with each patient, in a truly personalized treatment session. One in which the clinical skills and equipment can be presented in a way that is shown to enhance the rate of healing, and comfort of the patient, right in their own home.
Her patients trust her to treat every member of their family, including in the first and last stages of life. Her personable nature, humor, dedication, and professionalism are only surpassed by her level of proficiency and knowledge in her field.
Dr. Enright is leading the way locally, on the warpath to elevate all healthcare and wellness professions in her "spare time". She started Scottsdale Top Docs as a club in 2021, as she found that experts in every field were drawn to her vision of collaborative care. The group exists to address some of the concerns healthcare as a whole is facing, and to elevate the quality and vision of healthcare access for future generations. She co-founded Scottsdale Living, Scottsdale Living Business Edition, founded Scottsdale Living Women's Edition, and many other active community-building groups. You can find her golfing at Mountain Shadows, camping with her Australian Shephard, Kayla, or volunteering for women's and children's causes.
Dr Wasim El Habach has always been a leader all his own. He has always had an amazing bedside manner, with the ability to use not only his skills as a PT, but also his delightful sense of humor to help his patients thru difficult situations.
After he graduated from Northern Arizona University, he married the love of his life Denise, and had two beautiful daughters, all of whom he prides himself on demonstrating care for. He considers time with his family so valuable, that he sees that as a primary incentive to return others to their quality of life quickly and thoughtfully.
Dr El Habach is not only impressive in his clinical skills, but as an athlete as well. From dancing, to running, he keeps himself as healthy as he intends his patients to be.
Dr El Habach is on a temporary leave due to medical needs, and when he is ready to return, will happily find a place, here at home with our team.
Growing up in the Midwest taught Dr Murphy grit, but he also had an unquenchable thirst to seek adventure outside the comforts of Wisconsin. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Marquette University in 2008, he met his wife Lisa as he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2013 from University of St. Augustine. They explored 7 states before planting roots in Arizona, where he learned to love the outdoors, and never takes a sunny day for granted. Now a father of two (Miller, 6 and Mace, 3), his children brought the playground back into Dr. Murphy's life and inspire him to share that same energy with his clients.
Murphy’s unique background as both a personal trainer and physical therapist allows him to understand how each individual is built differently and deserves personalized attention when optimizing body mechanics. After working out of his own home gym, he realized that huge results could be achieved with a quality program and minimal equipment required. Murphy is passionate about challenging people to live optimally by moving better and building sustainable habits to enjoy life to the fullest. We have three expert Licensed Massage Therapists who have over 35 years of experience between them. We can provide male or female massage therapists. Clients have the ability to choose their provider. Each of our concierge massage therapists has a different mastery of style-type; from Thai Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Relaxation and Meditation, Cranio-Sacral, Stretching, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Lymphatic massage), and can include essential oils upon request. For an in-home massage experience more luxurious than any resort can offer, rest assured that our expert practitioners will know exactly what your body need. If you are also receiving Physical Therapy, your massage therapist will be in direct and regular contact with your Doctor of Physical Therapy, to ensure a safe and rehabilitative environment is maintained throughout your care.
